SUMMER PROGRAMS APPLICATION INFORMATION
We accept applications for our summer programs online or by mail/fax.
For those applying ONLINE:
Complete the online application form.
When completing the online application form, you will be prompted to submit the $40 application fee via credit/debit card (This fee is not applied to program fees).
Upload a copy of your child’s most recent diagnostic assessment; include IEP (if applicable). This can also be emailed to Curtis Olufson, Director of Summer Programs, at firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon completion of the online application form, you will receive a separate email that includes the Teacher Feedback Form that can be forwarded to your child's teacher(s).

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of required documentation. Your child's diagnostic assessment (administered privately by a clinic, or individually by the school as part of the IEP process) and feedback from the current classroom teacher(s) is necessary in determining whether our academic programs will be an appropriate match and benefit your child.
We will confirm acceptance and program fees as soon as possible. Program fees are due on May 20.
We encourage you to apply before April 7 and offer an early registration discount ($100) if you do so. This helps us confirm classes and students in a timely manner.
